Meet Sara,
Your therapist
Sara Moosa is a Holistic Integrated Counsellor and Breathwork Practitioner, whose journey began with a Psychology qualification from the University of Toronto in 2004. Upon graduation, it was a transformative trip to Cape Town that stirred her soul, where the warmth of the people and a mesmerizing sunset at Oudekraal felt like a homecoming. This mother city—unbeknownst to her, her mother’s city—captured her heart, leading her to spend the next decade as a Designer, Stylist, and Art Director in the creative realms of glossy magazines, advertising agencies, and later, her own creative studio.
In 2016, she felt the call to return to her roots in psychology…
