Meet Sara,
Your therapist

Sara Moosa is a Holistic Integrated Counsellor and Breathwork Practitioner, whose journey began with a Psychology degree from the University of Toronto in 2004. It was a transformative trip to Cape Town that stirred her soul, where the warmth of the people and a mesmerizing sunset at Oudekraal felt like a homecoming. This mother city—unbeknownst to her, her mother’s city—captured her heart, leading her to spend the next decade as a Designer, Stylist, and Art Director in the creative realms of glossy magazines, advertising agencies, and her own creative studio.
